I do not live in Chesaning or the surrounding areas, can I still create a basket and have it shipped to someone?
Yes! - but there will be a shipping fee involved, and it may be a bit pricey since the baskets tend to be large and heavy. If you let us know a little bit about the basket you want to create, we can give you a cost estimate for the shipping and we'll do our best to make the basket as inexpensive as possible! Our website is also already set up to handle shipping orders, so if you place an order directly through the website, it will give you a shipping cost as checkout as well.
Can I just email/call/text to tell you the items I want in my basket instead of ordering through the website?
Yes! If it's easier for you, you can send us an email/call/text with all of the details for your order and we'll send you back an invoice.
Will you make a basket for me if I give you details about who it's for and my price budget?
Sure thing! If you'd rather us curate the basket, that's definitely something we can do. Just email/call/text us and let us know a little about who the basket is for and how much you want to spend.
I saw something on the Gift Bar that I just want for myself, can I buy it without creating a basket?
No problem! If you see an item that you'd like to purchase a-la-carte (not as a basket) just give us an email/call/text and we will create an invoice for you. The item can either be picked up at our location, across from Chesaning Township Hall (address is given on invoice) or can be shipped using USPS's standard rate (shipping fee will be added to invoice).
I want to add a specific product that I don't see on your website but I know is available locally - such as at Frank's, Dollar General, Rehmann's, Designs by Bean, etc. - is there any way I can get it added to my basket?
Absolutely. We can add any locally available product to your order, we'll use whatever the pricing is at the store plus a 7% procurement fee. When you're checking out, just click the "Add a Note" section and let us know there. Or, you can submit your order as is, and then send us an email/call/text to let us know about the extra item(s) you want - we'll make sure to get it added to your invoice.
