Directions for Ordering:
Rentals are per day. If you need 2 days - please update your item "quantity" to 2, if you need 3 days - please update your item "quantity" to 3, and so forth.
Drop-Off/Pickup:
Arrangements will be discussed and finalized via email/phone after your order has been submitted. (No payment is due until all details are agreed upon). Pickup/drop-off at our location is always free. If you live in the Chesaning zip code, we offer free delivery & pickup! For anywhere else, cost depends on the items being rented + distance of the pickup/drop-off location.
Timing:
We are very accommodating! Most pickup & drop-off timing requests will be accepted as long as they are in the 24-hr (or whatever length of time is chosen) window of the rental. These details will also be discussed and finalized via email/phone after your order has been submitted. (No payment is due until all details are agreed upon).

Late fees are the same cost as the rental (the standard price per day.) For example, if the rental price is $10/day and it is 2 days late, then the late fee would be $20.
A separate invoice will be sent if any late fees occur.
If any damages occur, we will evaluate and decide if any additional fees apply using the following system:
Level 1) Slight damage that can be fixed with little to no costs to us.
Result: No fee
Level 2) Significant damage that can be fixed with substantial costs to us.
Result: 1x the price of the rental per day (i.e. if the rental costs $10/day, then the damage fee would be $10 regardless of the number of days it was rented)
Level 3) Damage that renders the item unusable/unfixable
Result: 3x the price of the rental per day (i.e. if the rental costs $10/day, then the damage fee would be $30 regardless of the number of days it was rented. We will also give you the option to keep the item after paying the damage fee.)A separate invoice will be sent if any damages occur.
